我校从 1985 年开始接收外国留学生，学校为此专门成立国际教育学院，学院现拥有一支专职的对外汉语教师队伍，师资力量雄厚，教学经验丰富，所有教师均获得对外汉语教学资格证书，不仅能胜任长、短期语言生的教学工作，而且能指导本科生、硕士生的专业学习和毕业论文。学院教师先后到日本、韩国、美国、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国家的院校进行考察和教学交流，拓宽了教师视野，也使教学与时俱进，学院始终关注汉语在世界各个国家的发展前景。近年来，先后承担了省市多个教学科研项目，发表了数十篇省级论文。学院现已培养了 10 余个国家的 4000 余名留学生。
わが学校は１９８５年から留学生を受け入れ始め、学校もそのため国際教育学院を成立したのである。学院は今専業的対外教員チームをもっているし、教員資源が豊富の上に教育の実践に関する優れた能力を有りする。彼らは全員が対外中国語授業免許書を獲得し、しかも 長短期言語生の授業を担えるだけではなく本科生と修士の専門勉強及び卒業論文の指導もできる。学院の教員は前後して日本、韓国、オーストラリア、ロシヤなどの国の学校の考察及び交流を通うじて視野を広めたし、授業が時代と共に行くようにもなったのである。学院はいつも中国語が世界いろいろ国での普及（発展）ビジョンに注目している。近頃は相次いて省と市の数多くの授業研究項目を担って数十編の省級レベルの論文を発表したのである。学院は今まで十数か国の４０００名あまりの留学生を育成したのである。
1985 년 처음으로 유학생을 받아들인 이후 현재에 이르기까지 10 여개국의 4000 여명에 달하는 유학생들이 심양공업대학교에서 중국어과정을 이수하였습니다 . 심양공업대학교 국제교육원은 외국유학생에 대한 중국어 교육 및 관리업무를 전담하고 있는 전문교육기관입니다 . 20 여년간 외국인의 중국어 교육을 책임져 온 교육기관인만큼 교수경험이 풍부한 전문교사들이 투입되어 외국유학생을 교육하고 있으며 전문교사들 모두가 국가교육부에서 발급한 대외중국어교사자격증을 소지하고 있으며 본과생 , 석사생들의 전공학습과 졸업논문을 쓰는데도 큰 도움을 주고 있습니다 . 또 일본 , 미국 , 한국 , 호주 , 러시아 등지의 대학교과 교육경험교류를 가짐으로써 중국어와 중국문화를 배우고자하는 유학생들의 다양한 학습요구를 충족시키고 있으며 최근에 발표한 성급논문도 수십편에 달합니다 .
SUT began to recruit overseas students from the year of 1985, and established the School of International Education specifically for the need. Now the school has a group of professional teachers for the Foreign Chinese Teaching. They are all excellent with rich teaching experience and have been qualified the certificates for Foreign Chinese Teaching, which enables them to be competent not only in the teaching work for long& short-term language learners, but also in the directing of undergraduates and postgraduates for their major study and graduation thesis. Teachers of the school have been to colleges and universities in different countries successively for academic investigation and teaching communication, including Japan, Korea, America, Australia, Russia etc. This broadens the teachers' vision and also makes our teaching work keep pace with the times. The School of International Education has always paying close attention to the development prospects of Chinese all over the world, and has for recent years undertaken numbers of teaching scientific projects of the province and city, published dozens of thesis at provincial levels. The school has now cultivated more than 4,000 overseas students from more than 10 countries in the world.
